Embers Fireplace is a company I will do business with again! Locally, I have access to three fireplace dealers. Unfortunately on my initial inquire, one of them led me down the wrong path. So I naturally reached out to the other local companies for help. To my surprise more laziness and non-responsive companies.
I decided to search online for a complete direct-vent fireplace and ductwork. Figuratively, I am more mechanically gifted/minded than the local intellectual talent I had previously encountered; I could probably tackle this one myself.
Pricing wasn’t the deciding factor on the fireplace selection; it was going into my living room and I had to look at it every day. I knew what I wanted in a fireplace and its upgrades. To challenge Embers even more, I wanted to install a new construction unit into an old construction cavity. A little untraditional, however the appearance is much more rewarding than an insert.

The conversation started on a Friday, paid Monday, shipped Tuesday and received Thursday, 6 total days and complete. I was five weeks into the three local conversations with no real progress!
